For Enterprises and Service Providers who want to accelerate their high-performance experience, and quickly experience the time-to-value on their network, IPnett Professional Services provides a series of single-source turnkey installation options.

Installation and Commissioning (Rack and Stack)
Delivery and installation of products at one or more sites includes coordination, remote assistance and onsite product installation. When the client has prepared the site, IPnett dispatches a technician to install the equipment, perform power and interface tests, and establish connectivity to the operations center.

IPnett responsibilities

  • Coordinate the installation activities between IPnett and the customer
  • Report on progress and completion
  • Move equipment from customer storage area (on the same floor or in the same building) to customer-designated staging area or installation site
  • Perform principal activities for Basic Installation as outlined in the scope
  • Provide copy of Material Disposition Record to customer, when applicable
  • Obtain customer acceptance and sign-off, and note exceptions during final inspection

Power and interface testing, establishing connectivity to the operations centre.
Accelerates readiness of extended enterprise, manages IT risks.

Rack equipment, install all physical connections, load a static IP address so the equipment is accessible to remote technicians for remote configuration.

Engineering Furnish and Installation Service (EF&I)
Some installations require services beyond the scope of Basic Installation and Commissioning (above), such as site surveys for Facilities Engineering, or supporting infrastructure such as cabinets, power, grounding, cables and cable trays. IPnett Engineering Furnish and Installation Service includes extended services individualised for each client and location, as well as the full range of basic installation services.

  • Furnish installation materials and manage procurement process

  • Complete walk-through and final installation inspection with customer
